Rise In GDP In Europe Estimated At 1%

The second estimates of GDP in Europe were that there had been a 1% increase in GDP during Q2 2010 compared with the previous quarter. The first quarter growth rates were 0.3% in the euro area and 0.4% in the EU27. GDP rose by 1.9% in the same quarter last year in the euro area and 2% in the EU27.
