You Know What They Want, No You Don't.

You can't please some people. It's either one thing or the other, one extreme or the other. People can be very changeable, fickle and illogical. You don't know what to do for the best. You think you know what they want and then you find out you don't. All our knowledge is imperfect. Our prophecies, language, insights are all imperfect. All we have is a like a dim reflection in a mirror. Trends and fashions can change so much and so quickly. Keeping up is one thing. Staying ahead is another.
