Increase In Annual Output Of 2.3%

Production increased by 2.3% between May 2013 and May 2014 according to s statistical bulletin from the ONS. Manufacturing was the main contributor to the growth in annual production with growth of 3.7%. The monthly comparison shows that production decreased between April and May 2014 by 0.7% with manufacturing again the main contributor with a decrease of 1.3% over the month.
