Good leadership is inspiring to followers and if it is good enough other leaders will follow. They always meet with opposition from non-believers and philosophical opponents being led astray by false doctrines. This inevitably leads to arguments about divine inspiration and authority. Titles are not adequately or exhaustively definitive. Discernment is required for the trials and tribulations of growth regarding what is good or desirable and to what consent should or should not be given and where.
The various sorrows which are a large part of mortal life can be transformed into incentives to virtue and occasions for merit. The labours and sufferings of good people at various times and places have blunted the edge of all labour and sufferings and make them easier to endure.
