We do not need to be everyone's conscience or censor. People can think for themselves and do have opinions whether they realize it or not. Not everyone is encouraged to express an opinion or have one but they have them just the same. It does not mean that we are free of all forms of judgement. We cannot escape having to make judgements of some kind for ourselves or for others. We should at best try not to be hypocritical in our judgements and try not to be too 'judgemental' in doing so. We may be blind to our own faults and failings that other people notice and criticise in us.
The strategic choices and decisions we make are those on which we build our future. They are the causes of whatever is going to happen. They are therefore vitally important. Unforeseen events may occur but prudence will help keep a good conscience by knowing we have done our best and having contingency plans in place. We may be victims of stress at home or at work. It might interfere with strategic thinking. The inner strength gained from proper preparation and well proven practices may just be enough to keep the stress levels down enough to make the right decisions and win the day.
