Conflict and Anger

Conflict is behaviour intended to obstruct the attainment of goals. Conflict situations arise from inequalities but can become a means to bring about change. They can however lead to frustration and aggression in the process. Anger and hatred are immoral and potentially destructive they can come out of a desire for revenge. It can lead to name calling and defamation. Rules are there for a reason. Traditional interpretations may be inadequate to a particular situation. Managerial qualities are therefore important but shallow virtue never got anyone anywhere. It is important to maintain justice. Ethics must take priority over culture. Reconciliation should be an aim even before any offers are made. An attempt should be made to correct vices but not dictatorially. The goodwill of friends and supporters will always help. A priori methods are often successful and perserverance pays off restoring peace and belief in the sacredness of life.
